Tips to get the most out of your trip.

  • Do I need a fishing license? No license is required, you will be covered under our charter license, reef permits, etc.
  • Can I bring alcohol? Yes, you may bring alcohol however, it can not be in a glass container.
  • What if I show up impaired? Your trip may be canceled at the captain’s discretion. all deposits are non-refundable and you will not have a rebooking opportunity.
  • Is there a bathroom on board? There is no bathroom. We have a bucket or you can relieve yourself overboard.
  • What happens if someone gets seasick? If we have to turn back due to seasickness, the captain will be paid in full and the trip will be considered canceled. Furthermore, we will not drop someone off at the dock and return to fishing, the trip will conclude when the boat returns to dock for any reason.
  • Can bring my own rod, tackle, or gear? Yes, please discuss with the captain prior to the trip.
  • Can I bring a pet? No animals are allowed unless licensed as a service animal.
  • Is there an age limit? Our charters are fun for the whole family. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Do I need experience? No experience is necessary. Please be advised that reeling in big fish does require some physical strength and endurance. If at any time you become overwhelmed, our crew is ready to step in and help. 
  • What if I get sick during our trip? We will do our best to accommodate all your needs. If we need to return to the dock, that will be ok. Please understand that no refunds will be made even under these circumstances. 
  • Can I call home to check-in? We have a SAT phone for you to use to do a quick check-in (only available on 36hrs trips)
  • What if there is bad weather? All cancellations due to weather are at the captain’s discretion. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another date within one year from the date of purchase.
  • What happens in case of an emergency? Medical emergencies will be handled in accordance with the severity. We are prepared with first aid. All other emergencies will be handle at the captain’s discretion. Remember, this is a top-of-the-line purpose-built safe vessel. 
  • Can I cancel my trip? All cancellations due to weather are at the captain’s discretion. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another date within one year from the date of purchase.
  • Can I bring sunscreen? Yes, but absolutely no spray-on sunscreen.
  • Do you supply foul weather gear? No, we don’t.
  • Are split charters available? Yes, will need to be discussed with the captain.
  • Do you require gratuity? Gratuity is highly appreciated.

CANCELATION POLICY: Cancelation is at the captain’s discretion only. When the captain cancels, it is final. Many safety and weather factors are considered before cancelation. For example, offshore weather can differ drastically from weather experienced near the dock. 

  • Sunscreen (no spray on)
  • Hat, sunglasses, buff
  • Sea sick medication if needed (Your physician can prescribe as well)
  • Food and drinks other than water
  • Camera
  • 65qt or larger cooler to take your fish home in.
  • Light blanket (for over night trips)
  • Tooth brush and deodorant 
  • Foul weather gear
  • No glass bottles or containers
  • Any type of GPS device or cellular apps are not allowed. If caught with one, we will return to the dock immediately and no refund will be given.
  • No illegal drugs are allowed on the boat
  • Drinking waters
  • Ice
  • Bait
  • Tackle
  • Professional reels as well as electric reels
  • Fishing vessel with all safety certifications
